This will be accomplished during the students lecture at the commencement of the club. The steps below will be followed to understand the students’ needs.

2. Learning Activities
Lectures, Worksheets, online and board games, field trips to financial service organizations, group projects.

3. Delivery method options
This is mainly by In-person instruction (club supervisors and external facilitators) and via Technology.

4. Pacing of delivery
This will be Timeline- based (time driven goals) and not self or achievement based pace.

5. Measurement method
Student’s process will be measured using:
1.    Pre and post- test and survey at the beginning and end of each term
2.    Longer term testing and survey for graduating students
3.    Measure of behavioral change
